Garage, basement & attic cleanouts · Gwinnett County

Garage, basement & attic cleanouts in Gwinnett.
We do the stairs. You park the car again.

Some rooms fill up so slow you stop seeing it. The cars move to the driveway. The basement turns into the place things go to disappear. The attic hasn't been opened in years.

We clear garages, basements and attics all over Gwinnett. One crew does the lifting and the stairs. You get a flat quote and your space back.

The rooms we clear most

The garage that lost both cars

It started with a few boxes. Now both cars park in the driveway and the garage is shelves to the ceiling. We clear it in a morning and sweep the slab.

The basement that became the attic

Everything with no other home ended up down there. Old furniture down one wall and holiday bins down the other. We carry it all up the stairs so you don't have to.

The attic nobody's opened since 2009

Pull-down stairs and a low roof, and boxes you forgot you had. We go up and hand it down. You never climb the ladder.

The storage unit bleeding you monthly

The unit costs more each month than what's inside is worth. We meet you there and clear it out, and you stop paying rent on it.

How a one-room cleanout goes

One crew shows up and does the heavy part. We bring it down from the attic and up from the basement. Most single rooms are done in a morning, and we sweep out before we leave.

The good furniture goes to charity, and the receipts come back to you. The quote is flat, off a few photos or a quick walk-through. It holds unless the job grows.

Clearing more than one room?

A whole house or an estate runs differently than a single garage. We document the work and pace it to the family. See estate cleanouts

Common questions

What does a garage cleanout cost?
It depends on how full it is. You get one flat number off a few photos or a quick walk-through. No hourly clock, and it only moves if the scope does.
Do I need to be home?
Not the whole time. Let us in and point at what goes. Plenty of people leave for work and come back to an empty garage. We text photos as we work.
Is there anything you won't haul?
Old paint and pool chemicals have to go to a county household-waste event, not the truck. We set those aside and point you to the next date. Everything else, we haul.
Where does it all go?
Usable furniture goes to Goodwill of North Georgia or the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta. The county haulers cap bulky curb pickups, so the rest we sort for recycling or the transfer station. Receipts come back to you.
How fast can you come?
Most weeks, within a few days. A photo quote usually comes back the same day. Weekends book first, so ask early in the week.
