Estate & whole-house cleanouts · Gwinnett County
Estate cleanouts for Gwinnett families.
Paced and documented.
An estate cleanout is more than hauling. Someone lived in that house. Now it has to be emptied, and the people making the decisions may live two states away. That's the call we get most.
We clear estates across Gwinnett County, from Buford down to Snellville. Flat quote after a walk-through. Photos before and after. Donation receipts for the file. One point of contact the whole way.
The estate jobs we see most
The probate clearing
The court named an executor, and the estate attorney needs the house cleared and documented. We work straight with the attorney's office. Photos and receipts go in the estate file.
The out-of-state executor
You live in Charlotte. The house is in Lawrenceville. We do the walk-through by video and send a flat quote. Photos come by text as we work.
The pre-sale clearing
The agent wants it empty before listing photos. We clear the house and sweep it out, usually inside a week.
The family split
Part goes to family, the rest goes to charity. We sort to your list before anything leaves, and we load the keepers last.
How we run an estate job
You get one flat number from a walk-through, in person or by video. No hourly meter. If we find something that matters, an old deed or a folder of photos, it gets set aside and photographed. Nothing meaningful leaves in a hopper.
Usable furniture and goods go to Goodwill of North Georgia or the Furniture Bank. The receipts come back for the estate file. Most whole-house jobs run one to three working days.
Is this a senior move, not an estate?
If your parent is moving to assisted living and the house comes after, that's a different pace of work. We built a separate process for it. See how we work with families →

Estate cleanout questions
- What does an estate cleanout cost in Gwinnett?
- Most run from a few hundred dollars for single rooms to a few thousand for a packed whole house. The honest answer comes from a walk-through. You get one flat number, and it holds unless the scope changes.
- Do you work with estate attorneys?
- Yes, often. We take direction from the executor or the attorney's office and send the records they need. Photos before and after, plus donation receipts.
- What if the family hasn't finished sorting?
- We can wait, or we can help. Many families have us clear the decided rooms first. The hard rooms come last, at their pace.
- Can you handle a house that's been sitting for years?
- Yes. Dust and mildew don't scare us, and we've handled worse. The walk-through tells us what the job needs.
- How fast can you start?
- Usually inside a week, often sooner. Tell us the closing date and we work backward from it.
